Term Contract for Mosquito Control Aerial Adulticiding and Larviciding Services – Seminole County

The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing pesticides for adult and larval mosquito control as specified in the Bid specifications and as ordered on an as needed basis by the County in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.All pesticides shall be EPA approved and registered in Florida for use in this state. If bidder is proposing an equivalent product, the bidder shall provide complete product information in the space provided on the Price Schedule at the time of bid submission. Likewise, for items that may not be fisted.Authorization for delivery of materials by the successful Contractor under this Agreement shall be in the form of written Release Orders issued and executed by the County. Each Release Order shall describe the materials required and shall state the delivery information.Requirements:All pesticides shall be EPA approved and registered for use in FloridaDeliveries must be DOT compliant, properly packaged and transported accordingly
