Request for Pre-Qualification Documents  Title:     Job Order Contracting for Roofing Services  The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, (hereinafter referred to as “OCSD” or “COUNTY”) invites Contractors to submit pre-qualification documents for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Roofing Services. All Contractors for the 2025-2026 OCSD JOC projects must be prequalified according to this pre-qualification solicitation prior to submitting a bid.
